How We Work
The Custom Project Process
We handle every step of your copper project — from understanding your vision to delivering a finished, installation-ready piece. Here's what working with us looks like.
01
Initial Consultation & Brief
We start with a conversation — via WhatsApp, call, or meeting. Tell us about the project: the space, the mood, the audience, and any reference images you have. There's no minimum scope. We consult on ideas as much as confirmed briefs. This stage is free, with no obligation.
02
Design Direction & Artisan Matching
Based on your brief, we propose a design direction — style, scale, finish, and motif. We then match your project to the most suited artisan from our partner network: someone whose craft tradition aligns with your aesthetic. You receive a written proposal with illustrations, materials, and timeline.
03
Sampling & Approval
Before production begins, we commission a physical sample or detailed mock-up — so you can feel the weight, assess the finish, and confirm the direction. Revisions at this stage are part of the process, not an extra cost. Only once you approve the sample does full production commence.
04
Production & Progress Updates
We manage the artisan production process on your behalf. You receive photographic updates at key milestones — after the base form is shaped, after finishing is applied, and before packaging. No surprises on delivery day.
05
Quality Inspection
Every completed piece passes our studio quality inspection before it leaves the workshop: finish consistency, structural integrity, dimensional accuracy, and packaging standard. We do not ship anything we wouldn't proudly present ourselves.
06
Delivery & Aftercare Guidance
We arrange secure, padded delivery to your location or installation site. Every piece is accompanied by a care guide: how to clean, polish, and preserve the copper over years of use. For large installations, we can coordinate with your on-site team.

Custom Branding
Your Mark on Every Piece
Every dining piece we produce can be customized with your hotel or restaurant's identity — subtly embossed, engraved, or stamped so that even the ware tells your brand story.
We recommend branded copper ware for welcome amenity trays, signature dish presentation, and bar service boards — anywhere a guest's eye lingers.
Minimum order for branded sets is 20 pieces per SKU. Unbranded sets have no minimum.
"The moment our copper service trays arrived at the table, guests stopped the conversation and picked them up to look at them. That's what good ware does."
— F&B Director, Boutique Hotel Jakarta
Food Safety Note
All our dining pieces are finished with food-safe lacquer and sealed to prevent copper leaching. Suitable for presentation and dry service. For hot liquid service, interior tin lining is available on request.
